Description:
1. CONTRACT FOR MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION – PROJECT DELINEATION.  The scope of the work of the different projects within this bid are as follows.  Refer to Architectural Drawing A1.0, “General Notes and Schedules” for a delineation of the areas included within each project referenced below:

a. CHS-09 1I.)  CHS South - EE101 Food Lab, EE103 Clothing Lab, Office EE105a, Faculty Clean Room FF104B, Faculty FF105, and Photo Lab FF106 R-22 phase out
1. Provide new ceiling mounted ducted air handling units and horizontal unit ventilators within areas designated, including all piping, pumps, insulation and accessories required for a complete operating system.
2. Provide condensate pumps with alarm and emergency shutoff.
3. Provide new roof mounted outdoor condensing units.  Scope of the work to include supply and installation of roof mounts, and roof repairs as required by the roofing system manufacturer.
4. Demolition, modification and alteration of the existing mechanical and electrical systems as required to accommodate the work of this contract.
5. Electrical work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work.
6. BMS installation and integration as delineated within the contract mechanical drawings and specifications.
7. Restoration of existing building finishes affected or altered und the scope of this contract, including but not limited to interior wall, ceiling and floor finishes and the existing roof.  The existing roof at Cherokee South is not under warranty, however the contractor shall perform the work in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of the roofing warranty requirements as specified within these documents.

b. CHS-10 1J.) CHS South - GG108 and GG112, English/Writing R-22 phase out
1. Provide new ceiling mounted VRF cooling cassette units and horizontal unit ventilators within areas designated, including all piping, pumps, insulation and accessories required for a complete operating system.
2. Provide condensate pumps with alarm and emergency shutoff.
3. Provide new roof mounted outdoor VRF cooling units and / or condensing units.  Scope of the work to include supply and installation of roof mounts, and roof repairs as required by the roofing system manufacturer.
4. Demolition, modification and alteration of the existing mechanical and electrical systems as required to accommodate the work of this contract.
5. Electrical work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work.
6. BMS installation and integration as delineated within the contract mechanical drawings and specifications.
7. c. CHS-11 1K.)  CHS South - DD101, 102 Business R-22 phase out

3. Provide new roof mounted outdoor condensing units.  Scope of the work to include supply and installation of roof mounts, and roof repairs as required by the roofing system manufacturer.
4. Demolition, modification and alteration of the existing mechanical and electrical systems as required to accommodate the work of this contract.
5. Electrical work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work.

1. Provide new ceiling mounted VRF cooling cassette units and horizontal unit ventilators within areas designated, including all piping, pumps, insulation and accessories required for a complete operating system.
2. Provide condensate pumps with alarm and emergency shutoff.
3. Provide new roof mounted outdoor VRF cooling units and / or condensing units.  Scope of the work to include supply and installation of roof mounts, and roof repairs as required by the roofing system manufacturer.

f. CHS-25 2I.) CHS South - GG Wing English Classrooms UV / AHU Replacement
1. Provide new ceiling mounted VRF cooling cassette units and horizontal and vertical unit ventilators within areas designated, including all piping, pumps, insulation and accessories required for a complete operating system.
2. Provide condensate pumps with alarm and emergency shutoff.
3. Provide new roof mounted outdoor VRF cooling units and / or condensing units.  Scope of the work to include supply and installation of roof mounts, and roof repairs as required by the roofing system manufacturer.
4. Demolition, modification and alteration of the existing mechanical and electrical systems as required to accommodate the work of this contract.
5. Electrical work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work.
