a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work.
b. Renovations to existing classroom to create new individual toilet room.
c. Changes as required to provide a classroom sink at pre-k accessible height.
d. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents.
e. Sitework as required.
f. Other work as indicated within the contract documents.
2. Weymouth School – Addition of security vestibule and security office. Various upgrades to building systems include:
a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work.
b. Renovations to existing construction to create new addition.
c. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents.
d. Sitework as required.
e. Other work as indicated within the contract documents.
