Description:
SCOPE OF WORK. The scope of the work shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. General Construction, including, but not limited to
a. Demolition of construction designated and required to accommodate the new work.
b. Cutting, patching and restoration of existing interior and exterior finishes to the extent re-quired to accommodate the work of this contract.
c. Removal of one existing door and frame and provision of a new door and frame with a changed swing in order to provide compliant work space in front of new electrical equip-ment .
2. Electrical Work, including, but not limited to electrical demolition and relocation, relocation of existing electrical work designated to remain but in conflict with new construction proposed as a part of this contract, and supply and installation of new electrical services shown and required for a complete operating system. Work includes changes within the main electrical equipment room and adjacent spaces to alter loading sequence and panels in order to maintain life safety systems while adding new loads to the generator.
