Description:
1. General Construction:
a. Provide concrete pads for inverters, fencing surrounding inverters, concrete/asphalt cutting and infill for site trenches, roof penetrations and roof flashing.
b. Provide structural steel supports for PV solar modules including reinforcing steel at existing steel construction.
c. Provide interior stair tower work including demolition, stair guards, rails, finishes and other work required for renovation of the stair towers for complete finished systems.
d. Provide changes to door hardware including removal of existing hardware and providing new hardware, including a preparation and reinforcing work required to existing doors to correctly install hardware in compliance with manufacturer’s written requirements.
e. Provide roof top catwalk systems.
2. Electrical and Solar Summary of work:
a. Provide rooftop mounted solar photovoltaic system including but not limited to modules, AC wiring, DC wiring, inverter, kiosk, etc… for a fully functioning system.
Addenda:
Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law.
IF NECESSARY, AN ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED ON Monday, March 1, 2010.
