Description:
Contract No. 1: Office Furniture Contract No. 2: Classroom Furniture This contract will be subject to the terms of a PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT. The PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT will be included in the contract and is available at the office of the Architect. The Work consists of the following: The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents. School and Office Furniture: Provide those items as listed in Specification Section 004100 – Bid Form – Overall Lump Sum Furniture. Generally furniture includes, but is not limited to, student desks, student chairs, work tables, office desks, teacher desks, chairs, files, tables, cabinets, and other items delineated in the Bid Form. Furniture also includes any Alternate, Unit Price or Allowances as stated in the Bid Form. Work includes furnishing and installing of all furnishings, including waste removal and cleanup.

IF NECESSARY, AN ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED ON Monday, November 23, 2009.
