Description:
This Contract will be subject to the terms of a PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT The Work consists of the following: The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents. A. Plumbing system upgrades: Provision of a domestic booster pump set. Ancillary electrical work associated with booster pump installation. UCC and IBC code required renovations. B. The Work of the Contract shall be executed under a single lump sum Construction Contract for all the WORK required to be complete the project in its entirety. Refer to section 010111 – Delineation of Prime Contract Work.
Addenda:
Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27. IF NECESSARY, AN ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED ON Tuesday, July 21, 2009.
