Description:
The Work consists of the following: The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents.
1. General Construction:
a. Provide fire rated barriers through existing wall penetrations due to cable tray and or piping which currently penetrates existing construction.
b. Removal and replacement of existing acoustical panel ceiling system, including grid as necessary. Replace damaged acoustical panels with panels to match.
c. Maintain all existing electrical and mechanical ceiling systems in working order throughout the construction process, including re-connecting any system (mechanical ducts, plumbing piping, public address, fire alarm, lighting, data, security, etc) that fails during the construction process.
