Description:
This Contract will be subject to the terms of Project Labor Agreement Additions and Alterations:
1. The construction of two new building areas that will link the three existing buildings into one main facility. The proposed link between the existing 100 Building (the main Academic Building) and the existing 300 Building will consist of a main corridor bridging said facilities. The link between the existing 200 Building and the existing 300 Building will house science classrooms and locker rooms.
2. The existing technical school consists of 3 buildings for a total of 137,840 square feet of space.
3. The proposed expansion/addition consists of approximately 65,000 square feet.
4. Alterations to the existing structure as required to accommodate the work of this addition.
5. General Renovations and Alternations, as required to accommodate new construction, and UCC and IBC code required renovations.

Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law.
