The Work consists of the following: The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents.
1. Building “D”: Library Addition: Coping Upgrade (for extent as indicated on Architectural Drawings):
a. Demolition and removal (of debris from site) of existing masonry cap material
b. Cleaning and preparation of existing surface
c. A.C.Q. Treated Wood blocking with anchor bolt installation
d. New Counter flashing installation
e. New Aluminum Standard Coping System installation
2. Building “M”: Culinary Arts: Coping upgrade (for extent as indicated on Architectural drawings):
a. Demolition and removal (of debris from site) of existing masonry cap material
b. Cleaning and preparation of existing surface
c. A.C.Q. Treated Wood blocking with anchor bolt installation
d. New Counter flashing installation
e. New Aluminum Standard Coping System installation
Addenda:
Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.1 et seq., pertaining to the “County Contracts Law.” All bidders are placed on notice that they are required to comply with all requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127. (NJAC 17:27). Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27.
