Description:
This Contract is subject to the terms of a PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT Interior Renovations and Alterations are as follows: 1. At the existing auditorium portion of the building (included within the scope of an alternate): a. The addition of two 800 sf Classrooms, for the use as Study Halls. b. Creation of a 3029 (+/-) s.f. large Group Instructional Classroom. 2. Renovations to NA, NC and ND Instruction Classrooms 3. UCC and IBC code required renovations.
Addenda:
IF NECESSARY, AN ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED ON Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27.
