Description:
This Project will be subject to the tems of a Project Labor Agreement. 1. Preliminary Site Work. This portion of the project is intended to allow site work to start, and prepare the building pad for the Phase II Building Contractor. Scope of the work is to include the following. a. Site demolition, demolition of any noted structures or outbuildings. b. Site Clearing. c. Basin construction. d. Site utility installation, including, but not limited to, storm water, sanitary sewer, water, electric, communications, gas, to the extent shown, and as required to accommodate the construction of the new facilities. e. Site development, including rough grading and soil erosion control measures and soils stabilization Earthwork. f. Restoration work. g. Testing as required for this scope of the Work. h. Limited Temporary Facilities - including but not limited to site improvements and soil erosion control measures - as specified in the Temporary Facility Section. i. Site survey. 2. Temporary Egress: Improvements as required to accommodate emergency egress from the building (typical at two locations.) 3. Building 200 and 300 Underground electrical replacement. 4. Building 200 and 300 Lighting replacement. 5. Building 200 Dust Collection upgrades 6. Building 200 Duct Replacement 7. Dental Assistance Lab
