Description:
Food Service Equipment / Kitchen Upgrades. The scope of the work in the kitchen includes a new serving line, cashiers stations, refrigeration units, convection oven, tilt skillet and range hood with fire suppression service. Kitchen upgrades will also include the necessary mechanical, plumbing, electrical and architectural upgrades, including patching the existing floor, and installation of a new ceiling. Window wall at the Serving Line, “Internet Cafe” scheme within the Cafeteria. Ceiling, lighting at the Cafeteria: Ceiling Lighting multi-level, day light harvesting, Lutron based controls (we use the cafeteria for four basic functions: Cafeteria food serving Holding station / study hall Large group testing (requiring the most light) Dances and Presentations (need provision for spots) HVAC upgrades, including the Cafeteria Unit Ventilators. Exterior Door Replacement, Window Replacement and Locker Replacement.
