1. Alterations of classroom storage area, corridor and existing toilet rooms to create sufficient age appropriate toilet rooms for existing pre-k classrooms. Various upgrades to building systems include:
a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work.
Renovations to existing classroom to create accessible facilities.
Changes as required to provide sinks at accessible height.
b. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents.
c. Other work as indicated within the contract documents.
