Description:
The scope of the work shall include, but is not limited to the following:
1. Dawes Avenue School (DAS) -
a. The basic scope of work for the project consists of the labor and material required to upgrade the existing thermostats (temperature only) for the existing Carrier Heat Pump Units that contain hot gas reheat coils with new manufacturer compatible, combination thermostat/humidistats inn order to allow for the dehumidification control sequences within the existing heat pump units to be activated.
b. The contractor will be responsible to complete all wiring, programming and functional testing required for the installation. The contractor will also be responsible to integrate the new combination thermostat/humidistats into the existing automatic temperature controls (ATC) system and update the graphics, accordingly. Refer to the notes on the drawings for additional requirements of the contract.

If necessary, an addendum will be issued on or before Monday, June 1, 2026.
