Description:
The Bidder, or its sub-contractors, shall be classified by the State of New Jersey – Division of Property Management and Construction in the following classification:

C015 Flooring/Tile

The Bidder, and any sub-contractor classified under the above categories must present evidence INCLUDED WITHIN THEIR FORM OF BID, of their pre-qualifications, including current Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) Copy of “Notice of Classification”, Current DPMC Copy of “Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts” and Business Registration Certificate.

a. Provisions for access to the work area.
b. Removal of existing casework prior to asbestos abatement where indicated within the contract document. Testing and preparation of existing substrates for installation of new flooring and wall base.
c. Coordination of new flooring Work with separate contractors.
d. Provision of new flooring and wall base, including cleaning and waxing.
e. Repairs to existing adjacent surfaces damaged through construction activities.
f. Other work as indicated within the contract documents

IF NECESSARY, AN ADDENDUM WILL BE ISSUED on or before Monday, March 16, 2026
