Bidding Information

Description:
The Bidder, or its sub-contractors, shall be classified by the State of New Jersey – Division of Property Management and Construction in the following classification:

C009 General Construction/Alterations & Additions
The Bidder shall further name and include all required pre-qualification information for the following Subcontractors
C029 Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron
C030 Plumbing*
C032 HVACR*
C047 Electrical*
*Copy of licenses must be included with bid
SCOPE OF WORK. The scope of the work shall include, but is not limited to the following:
1. Jordan Road School (JRS) - Various upgrades to building systems as follows:
a. Demolition as required to accommodate proposed work.
b. Renovations to existing classrooms to create new individual pre-kindergarten toilet rooms. 
c. Hallway renovations required to accommodate new work.
d. Acoustical ceiling panels where indicated
e. Work at existing milk box including demolition of milk box and enclosure of existing building.
f. New doors and frames where indicated.
g. Security window with fire shutter at existing main entrance to Pre-K wing.
h. New ramp and site work at main entrance to Pre-K wing.
i. HVACR , plumbing and electrical work as required to accommodate building renovations as required or indicated on the contract documents.
j. Other work as indicated within the contract documents.

Addenda:
If necessary, an addendum will be issued on or before Tuesday, February 10, 2026
