Maurice River Township Fire District #4 - Cumberland Volunteer Station #23 - Addition/Alterations

Cumberland, New Jersey

Working in conjunction with the Township Engineer, the original building consisted of 2,500 S.F. of antiquated fire district facilities. The project doubled the size of the station, providing a total of three apparatus bays, a community hall, office space and facilities to support the District's operations within their limited budget. The budget was maintained through the use of a pre-engineered metal building. In an effort to reduce long term operating expenses, the design incorporated sustainable elements like LED lighting and energy efficient heating and cooling systems. The addition and renovations were completed in the Fall of 2017.
