This existing (24) unit motel in Wildwood, NJ was built in 1967. The existing units will undergo renovations in order to comply with ADA regulations. The Le Voyageur Motel also plans to expand its property with the addition of a new 13,000 + SF (24) unit building. The renovations and construction of the new facility are scheduled to start in September 2018.
