Description:
The Work consists of the following: The Work as defined by the General and Supplementary Conditions, the extent of which is covered in the Contract Documents and is described herewith (briefly) and without force of effect upon the Contract Documents.
Electrical Construction:
a. Provide concrete pads for inverters, fencing surrounding inverters, concrete/asphalt cutting and infill for site trenches, roof penetrations and roof flashing.
b. Provide structural steel supports for PV solar modules including reinforcing steel at existing steel construction.
c. Provide rooftop mounted solar photovoltaic system including but not limited to modules, AC wiring, DC wiring, inverter, kiosk, etc., for a fully functioning system.
TYPE OF CONTRACT
A. Project will be constructed as one separate contract as follows:

Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of NJSA 18A:18A-1 et. seq., the Public School Contracts Law.
